How My Journey Began
I started my energy healing services because I believe strong people like you are inherently deserving to make space to be nourished.
In my 20 years with clients with modalities such as bodywork, movement energy medicine and Reiki I created my unique approach.
Whilst working with me, I help you remember everything is energy which can manifest in our bodies. So when we identify the energy blockers we can then shift them, which clears the space to get clarity on who you truly are and what you want to be.
