I started my energy healing services because I believe strong people like you are inherently deserving to make space to be nourished.
In my 25+ years with clients with modalities such as bodywork, movement energy medicine and Reiki I created my unique approach.
Whilst working with me, I help you remember everything is energy which can manifest in our bodies. So when we identify the energy blockers we can then shift them, which clears the space to get clarity on who you truly are and what you want to be.
I have been supporting people on their healing journeys for over 25 years, using art as a tool to help release emotional blocks, process trauma and restore a sense of balance. These sessions are especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or struggling to put feelings into words.
I offer both one-to-one meditative art sessions and small group experiences.
1–2–1 sessions provide a deeply personal, nurturing space tailored entirely to you and your individual needs.
Group sessions offer a sense of connection and shared experience, while still allowing each person their own personal journey within the process.
No previous art experience is needed — just a willingness to show up and be open. Everything unfolds at your own pace, in a safe, supportive environment where you are free to explore, release and heal.

Healing Through Meditative Art
Art can be a powerful pathway to healing. When combined with meditation, it becomes a gentle yet transformative way to slow the mind, release stored emotions and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Meditative art isn’t about talent or creating something “perfect”. It’s about presence. Through guided meditation and intuitive art-making, you’re given the space to quieten mental noise, tune into your body and allow whatever needs to surface to be expressed safely and without judgement.
